Julie Cave’s lifelong love for reading and writing began with her introduction to books at a young age. As a child, she avidly devoured works by Enid Blyton and C.S. Lewis, inspiring her to emulate their style by crafting her own short stories. By the age of fifteen, she had already completed her second novel-length story, sparking a deep passion for writing novels.

Despite pursuing a health science degree after school and working in banking and finance, Julie never let go of her creative pursuits. While writing took a backseat to her professional life, stories and characters remained an ever-present part of her imagination. In 2010, Julie celebrated a significant milestone with the publication of her debut novel, a captivating blend of inspiration and mystery titled “Deadly Disclosures.” The success of this book led to the publication of two more books in the trilogy: “The Shadowed Mind” and “Pieces of Light” in 2011.

In March 2014, Julie ventured into the realm of young adult fantasy with the release of “The Dying King.” This demonstrated her versatility as an author and introduced readers to a captivating new world.
